Bewusst-sein
Spirituell sein im Alltag

My story
Highly sensitive since childhood, able to see auras, possessing paranormal abilities, born with “healing hands” and artistic talents, I—yielding to social and family pressures—spent many years working as an IT & Financial Controller (System Coordinator) in fields such as military aerospace research.
After my first near-death experience 1984, which was preceded by prolonged health issues, I began to intensively explore and study topics related to alternative healing methods, spirituality, and energy work. Through self-study, I spent many years studying comparative religion. My family could not comprehend what was going on and considered me the “black sheep” of the family.
1999, a profoundly spiritual experience changed my life forever. Following my deep inner knowing, I moved to Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, USA—a place that had been revealed to me during a second near-death experience while undergoing surgery and later again during a meditation.
There I found my flock of “black sheep”—people with experiences and abilities similar to mine. It felt like coming “home” to my long-lost true family.
After successfully completing my master’s degree (Tulane University, New Orleans, USA), I initially worked at the Department of Research, NPS, Monterey, CA. Starting in 2008, I shared office space with a private practice psychotherapist at a medical center in Monterey, CA, where I worked as a counselor, coach, and Reiki practitioner.
Throughout the years I continued my hobby of comparative religious studies, and I have been officially licensed as reverend in California 2007.
I perfected my other hobby, visionary art - painting of themes presented to me from higher realms. This led to exhibitions at the World Fine Art Gallery in New York City, Carmel, and Santa Barbara. There, I also offered my “art therapy” seminar on “spiritual healing” for the first time at therapy centers and art institutes. (This form of therapy has proven to be VERY successful in removing mental blocks, especially among creative individuals.) For details, visit https://ruthhenrich.wixsite.com/ruthhenrichart
Furthermore, from 2007 to 2010, I developed my own quantum therapy system based on the work of Margaret Ruby. This approach helps to release and eliminate mental, conditioned, inherited, and trauma-induced blockages in a single session.
In fall 2011, my path led back to Germany. Here, after three years, I successfully completed my licensing as naturopathic practitioner specialized in psychotherapy and opened my own practice. From 2011 to 2014, I served as board member of the Burnout Center e.V., responsible for continuing education of therapists (quality assurance) and development of nationwide seminars.
My therapy and counseling process
My goal is to help clients find their own path, tailor the process to their individual needs, and provide supportive guidance. They experience holistic harmonization on all levels and quickly gain new, integrative, and profound insights. The result includes release of new energies, sense of purpose, direction, motivation, and an increased zest for life. Drawing from my wealth of experience and knowledge, I specifically select what will be most effective at that moment. That is why my counseling is as unique as my clients’ fingerprints.
Change processes are initiated gently, consistently, and effectively. With my individually tailored methods, you’ll make rapid progress with appropriate level of cooperation. My approach combines traditional methods with energetic alternative techniques and philosophy.
Code of Ethics
I work responsibly, with integrity, adhering to highest ethical standards and principles. All procedures and methods used are scientifically proven and verifiable. I expressly distance myself from “esotericism” and religious “practices.” Furthermore, I distance myself from imposing Far Eastern methods on people in Europe that are energetically incompatible with their environment—and therefore cannot work; in the worst cases, they have been proven to lead to personality splits or disorders, and even to psychiatric hospitalization. The sociopsychological environment in which a person lives is therefore taken into account in the search and “discovery” process.
To comply with legal requirements, I provide the following notice: Several of the methods I use—alternative therapies officially recognized in England, the U.S., Canada, and Australia—are currently still considered scientifically controversial in Germany and are there not generally recognized by conventional medicine. If you have private supplemental insurance for alternative practitioners, you are free to submit claims for reimbursement for any alternative methods used to resolve mental or physical blockages.
